A luxury spa carved from an existing villa and an entirely new building, brought together as one seamless sanctuary. In the middle of busy Berawa, Nikara offers something rare — stillness. Balinese wooden roof, modern lines, and a material world carefully curated to heal.
Marzloff is trusted to breathe a new life into a 30-year old legacy, consisting of 47 elegant water villas, two new restaurants, and a new lobby in the Maldives.

Our task was to create a counterpoint. The existing villa gave us a starting point — a human scale, a garden, a sense of enclosure. We worked with that intimacy rather than erasing it, converting the structure into treatment suites that feel personal and quiet. The new main building was designed to meet it — not to overshadow it.
